Should I get this laptop?

I'm on a budget, and there's this brand new HP Pavilion for $400 with 4th gen i3 4000m and Intel HD 4600, 4gb ram. What really caught my attention was the 750gb of hdd and 1600x900 res. Should I get it, or are there better options?

not a bad pc at $400.... i have seen an i5 version though for like 450 if you can find it and afford it.
