I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-5421 and left it in sleep mode for 4-5 days and I tried turning it on yesterday but it won't poWer on. I everything but it still won't power on. Do I have to get a new battery for it and if so where can I find it

We need to determine if it's the battery, the laptop, or the adapter. To do this, verify if it turns on with/without the adapter plugged in. If there's no change, unplug the battery from the laptop itself, plug the adapter in, then try turning it on. If still no change, the motherboard on the laptop may have died.

Okay I tried that and it didn't boot up. So can I send it in to get the motherboard replaced or am I just gonna have to buy a new laptop

It depends on how old that model is and if you got a warranty on it. If it's older and there is no warranty, you probably won't find the board out there and it would just be cheaper to get a new one. Sorry bro, wish I had better news.
