Upgrading GPU on VAIO

Hi,

I have an old Sony Vaio PCG-3H1M with Radeon 4650 graphics card.

Can I upgrade the graphics card without changing the motherboard, or do all Vaio's come with integrated GPU?

Also, I need just a VERY slight upgrade to play Black Ops (first one), at the moment it's playable but not perfect; what would be the cheapest upgrade for that?

The cheapest, and only, upgrade is a new PC.

Can't change the hardware in that.
