Hello,
my packard bell its a notebook easy note tm . well when i try to open my web camera i see that warning "camera is not installed or camera occupied by another user ". what should i do?

How many users on the notebook and do you have admin rights ?
How do the users switch accounts, fast switch ?
Go to Device Manager in Control Panel, do you see the camera name, do you have an exclamation point or question mark in there ? If not Camera is installed, it's a user rights or camera sharing problem.
