ASUS S551 black desktop after changing boot mode

I changed booting 1. usb (kaspersky rescue disk) 2. hard disk. After save and exit from bios i have blank or black screen. I tried remove battery and CMOS and nothing... I tried some commands like ctrl +Fn + insert/home. I tried to press F2 and nothing. I did a hard reset and also nothing... Please help me cause i dont know what to do...

When you rebooted the computer, was there a USB connected with data to say restore windows or with the OS to run on it, or were you trying to still run from the hard drive?

Sometimes usb with kaspersky. Sometimes without

Was anything erased or removed from the main hard drive? or is everything still there?

Also, have you tried changing it back to HDD as 1 and USB as 2, and if so, were you able to get the computer to load that way?

i cant change to hdd as 1 because the screen is black! cant do anything... eveything is still there. I've checked the HDD and its working

OK I am a tad confused. When you turn on the laptop, does it power on and the screen stays black or does nothing turn on?

OK try this... While the laptop is off, connect an external monitor. Turn on the external monitor and then turn on the laptop. Can you see your screens on the external monitor? If yes, Then the problem is going to be with the laptops screen. Either the ribbon cable connecting the display, the backlight, the displays inverter or the display itself.

If the screen doesn't show on the external monitor either, then it may well be the graphics card.

So the external monitor showed black as well, but the computer was on? Then your graphics card is probably the problem.
