Background Copying Software

Hi guys
I am a 14 years old Student and i was looking for a software to copy thing from my teachers pen drives (flash memory) to mine
The problem is that when i ask them for doing so the refuse because of the short classes time
So is there is a software for this task maybe programming a power script that I can do also a C# or a VB code(not preferable since i am not that good at programming although still doable)

buy another pen drives, give it to the teachers so they can copied their into your.

Also tried this
No success because most of my teachers prepare the lessons in the school

synctoy? might work, but you still need the pen, and it'll take as long to copy as it takes which is dependant on your USB port and the USb revision of the stick.
