Hacked by Youtube bots?

Hi guys, today a bit something different.
A few minutes ago, i got some notifications on YouTube.
It turned out that 'I' put comments on videos.
The comments were from bots, i didn't think i saw the videos before.
So actually, it turns out that there were comments placed via my youtube account, which i didn't placed. the comment looked something like (i've already deleted them so not sure):
'I have spent 9 days, 22 hours, en 18 minutes on youtube, check you stats here iniqxu.viewer.stream'

Also when you google 'inixqu bot' you get strange websites with codes or something.

Is this something to worry about? Did they litteraly got in my account?

Hope you guys could help me out.
