Hidden partition on packard bell dot m

Hello,
iI have a packard bell dot m.
I can't start the factory recovery function.
I'v done the "alt+F10" routine, but no.
What to do?

when u buy a laptop or desktop from all these companies, first make your own image of ur hard disk using win7 inbuilt disk image tool and also a recovery disk.It will cost u few dvds . If there is unrecoverable failure , then u have to boot ur computer with the recovery disk and it will guide u how to restore the system from the disk image . Most of the inbuilt recovery options of the computer vendors fail as their files on the computer becomes corrupt.
