*****I have a Dish TV Normal STB (Not HD, it does not have HDMI Port at the back)
STB's back Pic : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7YjdYaTJ2RThfSTQ

*****I have a Dell LCD Monitor which also does not have a HDMI Port

*****I have a TV Tuner (Intex TV Tuner Box IT-160)
TV Tuner's Back Pic : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7M24zRUhidGNETkU
TV Tuner's Side Pic : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7dUgycWl4cUp2cEk

I want to watch my TV on the LCD monitor, for that i'll have to connect my STB to LCD monitor...
So i thought of two things :

1) Now my STB has those 3 cable thing behind (i guess its called 3 RCA, Red, White and Yellow coloured ) and my Dell Monitor has a 15 pin VGA port, So will the 3 RCA to VGA connector Work
This one : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7bmtlZTV3VUNxR2M
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7S092cUoyMG9HVXM
So that the 3 RCA cables connected to the connector and connector to Monitor ?
For Audio my STB has a ' IR IN ' slot, i guess thats for audio, because the 3.5mm audio cable fits in perfect, so if i connect the speakers to it, i can also get audio. Will this type of connection make me watch TV on monitor ?? Will the Set top box work as a tuner ??

OR

2) By using the TV tuner, but then please tell me complete setup for this.

***** For This method i might require this cable i guess (S-Video To RCA Connector) : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7bkhjNGpQcThQRXM
***** Or this connector i guess : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7UV9uZmpvX2pFZE0

i'll tell you what i think -
1. I will connect S-video end of connector to the 'video in' slot on tuner and the other end which has 3 RCA to the STB.
2. One end of VGA cable to 'VGA out' on Tuner and other to the VGA port of monitor.
3. Speaker Cable to 'Audio Out' on Tuner
4. 'IR IN' on STB to 'Audio In' On Tuner OR 'RED AND WHITE' on STB to 'Audio In' on Tuner

Please Tell me which options will work, if both which will be better and easier.
Correct me wherever i am wrong.
Please explain and tell me the complete setup of the best option and procedure :)

Thank You !

Solution
You can't use either of the adaptors you link to in this application. The VGA to RCA doesn't serve any purpose in this case. Svideo doesn't have audio on it so the other cable won't work either.
First thing to do it make sure you can select the svideo input on the Tuner and determine whether to use the audio or line input on the side of the tuner for sound. Connect an audio cable to check which one corresponds to the Svideo input on the back or check the owners manual.
You will need an SVHS to composite video adapter

to connect the Dish box to the tuner for video and a stereo audio cable with a 3.5mm stereo plug at the tuner end and 2 RCA plugs at the Dish...

VGA out of the tuner to the monitor.
3.5mm stereo cable to audio output on the tuner connects to your powered speaker or audio input on the monitor..

Hey, Thank You for this !!
i bought the connector you said and,
I am trying this connection how you said, now only thing that happend is i connected my 5V DC Tuner to an 12V 2AMP Adapter, but luckily it is working fine, it started and also on the monitor it was displaying a blue coloured screen, but since i dont have its remote i had to use its buttons on the tuner itself, then i found that those buttons aren't working, so i couldn.t enter its menu.
and i also bought a 5V DC 1AMP adapter but then it was only showing red LED and doesnt change to green LED, and no display comes on the monitor also, where as when i plugged in the 12V DC 2AMP adapter it showed red and changes to green LED and started working and shows display.
so is it that the 5V 1AMP isn't working for it, or after connecting the 5V DC 1AMP i have to press the power button (which isn't working, because the buttons on the tuner arn't working) so as to change the red to green, then why do i NOT need to do this when i connect 12V 2AMP adapter ?

Can those buttons on the tuner start working again, how ?
Which Adapter now finally should i use for the tuner ?

okay so finally i have connected as you said...
but my monitor says " 1: Analog input Cannot display this video mode "
my monitor is DELL 1704FPT

i tried doing the factory reset of monitor it still says the same.
in the monitor it shows blue screen normally, when i select AV input it shows black screen and that above message.
in the monitor menu it shows
1: Analog Input
Resolution 640*480 59 Hz
Optimum 1280*1024 60 Hz
pic of it : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B92vXkWjB-d7ZlhvT0tmN245Sms

tuner manufacturers told me it works for CRT as well as TFT monitors

now what ???
