[SOLVED] Adapter that will convert VGA and audio (laptop) to HDMI (HDTV)?

I'm getting a laptop that only has a VGA port. I'd like to connect it to my HDTV with both video and audio, so I know I could get a VGA to VGA cable for video and a separate 3.5mm stereo cable for audio.

However, for the sake of cable maintenance / simplicity, is there an adapter/converter out there that can "join" my VGA port and audio (headphone jack or USB audio) and convert to HDMI for a reasonable price? I know it'd be an extra cable, but I'd rather have one long HDMI cable going from my couch to my TV than two cables.

Basically, I'm looking for something similar to this (which I've used with a different laptop that had a mini displayport) - http/www.amazon.com/Monoprice-105969-Mini-Displayport-Male/dp/B002V4NOCY - but with VGA instead of displayport.
