Sony Vegas 13 - Bad quality preview

Whenever I open this file normally (using windows media player) it's in 720p HD. When I open it in Sony Vegas 13 and look at the preview, it's terrible. Here's some screens:

When I open it with a normal video player:

that's what my preview looks like. I've never had this on my older PCs so there must be a fix.

The preview will always look bad, you can change it to look better but it might lag since its a preview.

BTW, the preview is not how you video will render. It's all about you render settings. Preview is just a quick look.
