How do you get the back case/Cover off? I want to look at the power/charger port.

Remove all the relevant screws first (the relevant ones are usually marked with a small arrow), then carefully slide a blade or screwdriver between the plastic seam to "pop" the hidden plastic clips (the clips are all round the outside edges so you'll need to work your way round with the blade till all the clips are off).
