When i turned on my acer gateway NE4RS it doesnt show the cursor and i am not able to click on my switch user account so that i can input my password ... help me fixing in it

The computer will very slowly work into an infinite bootup. I try to get into the automatic repair, but, the screen just stays black. I can move my cursor around but that is it.
