Looking for a 11/13 inch laptops for under $1k

My current laptop is 4 years old, heavy, 15" (not compact enough to carry around), and it's a mac, not that I have anything against Apple or anything, but I prefer Windows. I'm still in high school, and I need my laptop for most of my classes, so I need something lighter.

I'm looking for a new laptop. I've been considering the Asus Zenbook UX305FA, reviews are amazing, great price, looks great, and it runs on Windows, but I'm wondering if there is a better laptop for this price range.

Help!
The laptop must be:
-Not heavy
-11" or 13" (11" is what I prefer)
-1080p at least (IPS would be nice, but not a must)
-SSD (at least 128GB)
-8GB RAM
-NON-touch (if possible)
-Black or Silver
-Matte display (if possible)
-Any CPU (taking notes and presentations does not require a powerful CPU)
-6hr battery life (at least)
-USB 3.0
-Windows 10/8.1 free upgrade to 10 (MUST)
-Under $1k (MUST)
-Fanless (MUST)

Dell xps 13 is the best laptop out right now imo. Fits all of your criteria except I just saw you threw "fanless" on at the end as a "must". This REALLY limits your choice's, and I'd urge you to reconsider that "must have" feature.
