Which Gaming Headset should i get? PLEASE HELP!

Hi, so i need a good gaming headset for the Money, i play and chat mostly on Xbox One but sometimes want to hear gameplay on PS4 and PC. Here are my choices...

HyperX Cloud ($60)
HyperX Cloud II ($100)
Xbox One Stereo Headset ($50-$60)
ASTRO Gaming A40 PC Headset Kit (on sale $100) - not completely sure if this will work because some people are saying that u need a "mixamp" to talk and stuff but idk

Im gonna be pairing this to an Xbox One Elite Controller that has a 3.5mm jack and would like to know the best for the money for audio and chat, + thats comfy lol.

Get the HyperX Cloud II, many will say it a waste of money, but at least you wont think that it might be better
